Item 7.01    Regulation FD Disclosure.

Arlo Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) is aware of the closure of Silicon Valley Bank (“SVB”) and appointment of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation as receiver. As of March 10, 2023, the Company currently holds approximately $21,000 (0.03%) of its cash and cash equivalents with SVB. Accordingly, the Company considers its risk exposure relating to SVB to be minimal.
