SITE Centers Corp. (“SITE Centers”), the external manager of Retail Value Inc. (the “Company”), has announced that Mr. Michael A. Makinen, the current Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of both SITE Centers and the Company, is expected to cease serving in those roles at SITE Centers by September 30, 2020, or earlier upon the execution of a separation agreement with SITE Centers. The Company also expects that Mr. Makinen will cease serving in those roles at the Company by September 30, 2020.
