Commitments and contingencies description	the Company entered into a lease agreement for office space in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. The lease commenced on October 15, 2018, the Company exercised a one-year lease renewal in October 2019, and another one-year lease renewal in October 2020 that will expire on October 31, 2021. The lease has an additional one-year option for renewal, and the base rent is $36,000 per year. The Company has determined that the lease agreement is considered a short-term lease under ASC 842 and has not recorded a right-of-use asset or liability. The Company rents another office space on a month-to-month basis with no long-term commitment, which is considered a short-term lease as well.
