SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 8 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company has performed an evaluation of events occurring subsequent to March 31, 2021 through the filing date of this Quarterly Report. Based on its evaluation, nothing other than the events below need to be disclosed. Leidos, Inc. awarded the Company on April 23, 2021 a subcontract to participate in the Personalized Protective Biosystems (“PPB”) Program to develop next-generation chemical and biological protection for U.S. warfighters and stability operators. Under the 60-month, three-phase subcontract, the Company will utilize its Thin Film Freezing platform.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
