3. Fair Value of LTC

LTC is held by the Custodian on behalf of the Trust and is carried at fair value. As of September 30, 2023 and June 30, 2023, the Trust held 1,496,209.92343961 and 1,505,668.18819118 LTC, respectively.

The Trust determined the fair value per LTC to be $66.31 and $105.38 on September 30, 2023 and June 30, 2023, respectively, using the price provided at 4:00 p.m., New York time, by the Digital Asset Exchange Market considered to be the Trust’s principal market (Coinbase).

- Definition

The entire disclosure for the fair value of financial instruments (as defined), including financial assets and financial liabilities (collectively, as defined), and the measurements of those instruments as well as disclosures related to the fair value of non-financial assets and liabilities.
