Summary of Information Relating to Company's Subsidiaries

The following tables summarize the information relating to the Company’s subsidiaries, Superhero LP, CC Pharma Nordic ApS, Aphria Diamond, and ColCanna S.A.S. before intercompany eliminations. During the three and six months ended November 30, 2021, the Company made contributions to Superhero LP of $0 and $117,804 in the form of Tilray Class 2 common shares, the Company paid dividends of C$70,000 and C$70,000 (USD$56,630) to the shareholders of Aphria Diamond (“DDH note”), with the portion allocated to the non-controlling partner settled via issuance of Tilray Class 2 common shares. There were no other contributions or distributions during the period.
