COMMITMENTS	7. COMMITMENTS From time to time the Company may be liable for claims against its portfolio companies. We do not believe the effects of such claims would have a material impact on our results of operations and financial condition. CSC has agreed, subject to certain conditions, to invest up to $9,658,215 in nine portfolio companies.
