RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONSAs a BDC, we are obligated under the 1940 Act to make available to our portfolio companies significant managerial assistance. “Making available significant managerial assistance” refers to any arrangement whereby we offer to provide significant guidance and counsel concerning the management, operations, or business objectives and policies of a portfolio company. We also are deemed to be providing managerial assistance to all portfolio companies that we control, either by ourselves or in conjunction with others. The nature and extent of significant managerial assistance provided by us will vary according to the particular needs of each portfolio company. During each of the three and six months ended September 30, 2025 and 2024, we did not receive any management fees from our portfolio companies.
