SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On July 24, 2025, our shareholders approved an amendment to the 2021 Employee Plan to increase the total number of shares available for issuance thereunder by 1,850,000 (from 1,200,000 to 3,050,000), which became effective on the same day.
