SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On October 11, 2023, after receiving the requisite shareholder approval, the Company filed an amendment to its Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation with the office of the Secretary of State of the State of Texas to increase the amount of authorized shares of common stock from 40,000,000 to 75,000,000. On October 25, 2023, the Board of Directors declared a total dividend of $0.63 per share, comprised of a regular dividend of $0.57 and a supplemental dividend of $0.06, for the quarter ending December 31, 2023. The record date for the dividend is December 15, 2023. The payment date for the dividend is December 29, 2023.
