RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS As a BDC, we are obligated under the 1940 Act to make available to our portfolio companies significant managerial assistance. “Making available significant managerial assistance” refers to any arrangement whereby we provide significant guidance and counsel concerning the management, operations, or business objectives and policies of a portfolio company. We are also deemed to be providing managerial assistance to all portfolio companies that we control, either by ourselves or in conjunction with others. The nature and extent of significant managerial assistance provided by us will vary according to the particular needs of each portfolio company. During each of the three and nine months ended December 31, 2022 and 2021, we did not receive any management fees from our portfolio companies. As of December 31, 2022 and March 31, 2022, we had dividends receivable from I-45 SLF LLC of $1.9 million and $1.7 million, respectively, which were included in dividends and interest receivables on the Consolidated Statements of Assets and Liabilities. Additionally, we recognized administrative fee income from I-45 SLF LLC of $25.0 thousand and $75.0 thousand, respectively, for the three and nine months ended December 31, 2022, which were included in fee income on the Consolidated Statement of Operations.
