On November 28, 2023, BayCom Corp (the “Company”) issued the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference announcing the declaration of a cash dividend on the Company’s common stock of $0.10 per share, payable on January 12, 2024 to stockholders of record as of December 14, 2023.

BAYCOM CORP ANNOUNCES CASH DIVIDEND

WALNUT CREEK, California, November 28, 2023 – BayCom Corp (NASDAQ: BCML) (“BayCom” or the “Company”), the parent company of United Business Bank, today announced that its Board of Directors (“the Board”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share on the Company's outstanding common stock. The cash dividend will be payable on January 12, 2024 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 14, 2023.
