Registrant has been unable to complete its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended October 31, 2022, within the prescribed time because of delays in completing the review by its auditor. Such delays are primarily due to the timing of the Registrant receiving and reviewing documentation on various transactions that occurred at the end of the quarter. The Registrant expects to file its Form 10-Q within the extension period of five calendar days provided under Rule 12b-25 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
