1. Represents shares of common stock held by Silver Lake Group, L.L.C., of which Mr. Kenneth Hao is a managing member. This filing shall not be deemed an admission that Mr. Hao is the beneficial owner of such securities for purposes of Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, or otherwise, and Mr. Hao disclaims beneficial ownership of these securities, except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.

Remarks:

This amended Form 3 is being filed to include shares of common stock originally omitted from Mr. Hao's original Form 3 filing, which shares were also omitted from a Form 4 filing filed on February 7, 2024.
