These fees and associated payments were included in the former director’s remuneration. Effective June 1, 2021, the director's term ended.Apollo Group Pty Ltd, a company associated with a former non-executive director of the Company, was paid $128,800 during the year ended June 30, 2019 for the provision of serviced office facilities and administrative, accounting and secretarial services. Effective August 1, 2018, the director's term ended.
