EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLAN	EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLANOur employees may participate in the Piedmont Lithium 401(k) Plan (“401(k) Plan”), a defined contribution plan which qualifies under Section 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code. The 401(k) Plan was effective June 24, 2018. Participating employees may contribute up to 100% of their pre-tax earnings up to the statutory limit. We recorded 401(k) matching contribution expenses of $78,214, $146,721, $28,731 and $47,920 for the six months ended December 31, 2021 and years ended June 30, 2021, 2020 and 2019, respectively.
