Common Stock and Preferred Stock In connection with the consummation of the IPO, on May 29, 2018 the Company filed an amended and restated certificate of incorporation, which increased the number of shares of common stock authorized for issuance thereunder by 90,000,000 shares to 150,000,000 shares and also authorized for issuance 10,000,000 shares of Preferred Stock, par value $0.001. As of September 30, 2018, no shares of the Preferred Stock were issued or outstanding.
