Common stock	Note 4 – Common stock The Company is authorized to issue 75,000,000 shares of $.001 par value common stock. On November 29, 2017, the Company issued 3,000,000 shares of common stock with a par value of $0.001 to Rebecca Lazar, President & Chief Executive Officer for $3,000. On January 16, 2018, the Company issued 11,000,000 shares of common stock to Rebecca Jill Lazar at par for a total of $11,000. On January 17, 2018, the Company issued 7,000,000 shares of common stock to Rebecca Jill Lazar at par for a total of $7,000. As of June 30, 2018, a total of 21,000,000 shares of common stock issued and outstanding.

The entire disclosure for shareholders' equity comprised of portions attributable to the parent entity and noncontrolling interest, including other comprehensive income. Includes, but is not limited to, balances of common stock, preferred stock, additional paid-in capital, other capital and retained earnings, accumulated balance for each classification of other comprehensive income and amount of comprehensive income.
