- Subsequent Events

Any material events that occur between the balance sheet date and the date the consolidated financial statements were issued are disclosed as subsequent events, while the consolidated financial statements are adjusted to reflect any conditions that exist at the balance sheet dates. The Company has evaluated all subsequent events and transactions for possible recognition or disclosure through
