Commitments	Note 10. Commitments Leases The Company leases laboratory and office space in Hayward, California under non-cancelable operating leases that expire in 2025, subject to an option by the Company to extend the lease term. In June 2020, the Company entered into a lease amendment for 36,303 square feet of additional space in Hayward, California, that is expected to commence January 2021 for an eight-year term with minimum lease payments of $10.1 million. The lease amendment provides for one eight-year extension period.

The entire disclosure for significant arrangements with third parties, which includes operating lease arrangements and arrangements in which the entity has agreed to expend funds to procure goods or services, or has agreed to commit resources to supply goods or services, and operating lease arrangements. Descriptions may include identification of the specific goods and services, period of time covered, minimum quantities and amounts, and cancellation rights.
