The 6,534 shares of Class A Common Stock were withheld by the Company to cover taxes associated with the vesting of 21,138 shares awarded in lieu of an annual cash bonus based upon Mr. Johnson's continued employment with the Company. The 23,625 shares of Class A Common Stock were previously held as Restricted Stock Units ("RSUs") as previously awarded under the 2017 Incentive Compensation Plan on March 4, 2019, and converted from RSUs to Class A Common Stock as part of the annual vesting based on Mr. Johnson's continued employment with the Company. The 7,112 shares of Class A Common Stock were withheld by the Company to cover taxes associated with the vesting of 23,625 shares previously awarded under the 2017 Incentive Compensation Plan on March 4, 2019.
