Subsequent Events	9. Subsequent Events Management has performed an evaluation of subsequent events through the date of issuance of the consolidated financial statements. The Company did not identify any subsequent events that would have required adjustment or disclosure in the consolidated financial statements, except as disclosed below. On October 5, 2020, the Company and F45 entered into a Termination and Release Agreement, effective as of such date, pursuant to which the parties agreed to mutually terminate the Merger Agreement.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
