Related Party Transactions	RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS Noncontrolling Interest and Unconsolidated Affiliates For the years ended December 31, 2021, 2020, and 2019, we declared and paid $1.6 million, $2.2 million, and none, respectively, of distributions to the noncontrolling interest holders in Apergy Middle East Services LLC. We also declared and paid $1.6 million and $0.5 million to the noncontrolling interest holders in Champion Arabia Co. Ltd. and Petrochem Performance Products LLC, respectively, during the year ended December 31, 2021. In the ordinary course of business, we enter into certain transactions with our unconsolidated affiliates at market prices. These transactions primarily related to inventory sales and amounted to approximately $9.6 million for the year ended December 31, 2021
