ORGANIZATION AND DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS	NOTE 1—ORGANIZATION AND DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS Y-mAbs Therapeutics, Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our,” the “Company,” or “Y-mAbs”) is a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the development and commercialization of novel, antibody based therapeutic products for the treatment of cancer. The Company is leveraging its proprietary antibody platforms and deep expertise in the field of antibodies to develop a broad portfolio of innovative medicines and has several ongoing clinical trials in progress. The Company is headquartered in New York and was incorporated on April 30, 2015 under the laws of the State of Delaware.
