ORGANIZATION AND DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS	NOTE 1—ORGANIZATION AND DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS Y-mAbs Therapeutics, Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our,” the “Company,” or “Y-mAbs”) is a late-stage clinical biopharmaceutical company focused on the development and commercialization of novel antibody-based therapeutic products for the treatment of cancer. The Company is headquartered in New York, New York and was incorporated on April 30, 2015 under the laws of the State of Delaware.
