OTHER BENEFITS	NOTE 11—OTHER BENEFITS The Company has adopted a defined contribution 401(k) savings plan (the 401(k) plan) covering all U.S. employees of the Company. Participants may elect to defer a percentage of their pretax or after-tax compensation to the 401(k) plan, subject to defined limitations. The plan allows for a discretionary match by the Company. The Company made no matching contributions to the plan during the three or six months ended June 30, 2020 and 2019. The Company has established a retirement program for employees of the Company’s Danish subsidiary pursuant to which all such employees can contribute an amount at their election from their base compensation and may receive contributions from our Danish subsidiary. No contributions from Danish subsidiary were made during three and six months ended June 30, 2020, and contributions from our Danish subsidiary were immaterial during the three and six months ended June 30, 2019. In addition, health insurance benefits for our Danish employees are fully paid for by such employees. Our Danish subsidiary does not incur any costs for these health insurance benefits.
