Item 8.01 Other Events

 

On June 2, 2020, Y-mAbs Therapeutics, Inc., (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company’s Biologics License Application (“BLA”) for Danyelza™ (naxitamab) for the treatment of patients with relapsed/refractory high-risk neuroblastoma has been accepted for priority review by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”). Further, the press release announced that the FDA set an action date of November 30, 2020, under the Prescription Drug User Fee Act (“PDUFA”) and that the Agency also indicated in the BLA filing communication letter that it is not currently planning to hold an advisory committee meeting to discuss the application. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
