The grant vests as follows: 1/16th of the total RSUs will vest on each successive Scheduled Vesting Date following the Date of Grant, with a "Scheduled Vesting Date" being September 1, December 1, March 1 and June 1 of the applicable year, provided the reporting person is continuously employed through such date as applicable, with the first 1/16th of the RSUs vesting on September 1, 2022 and the final 1/16th of the RSUs vesting on September 1, 2026. On June 1, 2024, 6,088 shares of such RSUs vested. In connection with this vesting, 2,105 shares were withheld on June 3, 2024 to satisfy the reporting person's tax withholding obligations.
