SHANGHAI, December 27, 2018 /PRNewswire/ — OneSmart International Education Group Limited (NYSE: ONE) (“OneSmart” or the “Company”), a leading diversified premium K-12 education company in China, today announced that it filed its annual report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended August 31, 2018 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) on December 27, 2018.
