Employee Benefits Plan	10. Employee Benefits Plan The Company sponsors a defined contribution employee benefit plan (the “Plan”) under the provisions of Section 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Plan covers substantially all full-time employees of the Company who are eligible upon date of hire. Contributions to the Plan by the Company are at the discretion of the Board of Directors. The Company contributed approximately $131,000 and $88,000 to the Plan during the years ended December 31, 2023 and 2022, respectively.
