Related Party Transactions	Related Party Transactions On March 8, 2021, the Company appointed Mitchell Zuklie to its Board of Directors. Mr. Zuklie is the chairman of the law firm of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliff LLP (“Orrick”), which provides various legal services to the Company. During the three months ended September 30, 2023 and 2022, the Company incurred expenses for legal services rendered by Orrick totaling approximately $0.5 million and $4.6 million, respectively, and $1.3 million and $7.7 million for the nine-months ended September 30, 2023 and 2022, respectively.
