Related Party Transactions	Related Party Transactions On March 8, 2021, the Company appointed Mitchell Zuklie to its Board of Directors . Mr. Zuklie is the chairman of the law firm of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliff LLP (‘‘Orrick’’), which provides various legal services to the Company. During the three-months ended September 30, 2022 and 2021, the Company incurred expenses for legal services rendered by Orrick totaling approximately $4.6 million and $0.7 million, respectively, and $7.7 million and $1.1 million for the nine-months ended September 30, 2022 and 2021, respectively.
