January 2020 Corporate Presentation

On January 14, 2020, Oyster Point Pharma, Inc. (the “Company”) posted a corporate presentation dated January 2020 providing a general corporate update on the business to the “Events & Presentations” page within the “Investors” section of the Company’s website at https://investors.oysterpointrx.com. The Company intends to use this presentation at the 38th Annual J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference in San Francisco, California beginning on January 14, 2020 as well as in future meetings with analysts, investors and others from time to time. An excerpt of the corporate presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
