On August 14, 2019, Repay Holdings Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the results of the Company’s operations for the quarter ended June 30, 2019.

 

A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is hereby incorporated by reference in this Item 2.02.
