3. Fair Value of Zcash

ZEC is held by the Custodian on behalf of the Trust and is carried at fair value. As of June 30, 2022 and December 31, 2021, the Trust held 336,015.53150620 and 340,207.27644932 ZEC, respectively.

The Trust determined the fair value per ZEC to be $53.21 and $143.21 on June 30, 2022 and December 31, 2021, respectively, using the price provided at 4:00 p.m., New York time, by the Digital Asset Exchange Market considered to be the Trust’s principal market (Coinbase Pro).

The entire disclosure for the fair value of financial instruments (as defined), including financial assets and financial liabilities (collectively, as defined), and the measurements of those instruments as well as disclosures related to the fair value of non-financial assets and liabilities.
