On March 27, 2024, T Stamp, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results of operations for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023, and that the Company’s Form 10-K will be filed on April 1, 2024. A copy of that press release is being furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
