For the nine months ended September 30, 2026, the Company sold 256,631 shares of its equity investment securities for net proceeds of $0.6 million. There were no sales of equity investment securities during the three months ended September 30, 2026. For the three and nine months ended September 30, 2025, the Company sold 513,258 shares of its equity securities for net proceeds of $0.6 million. As of September 30, 2026, the Company held no equity investment securities.

For the three and nine months ended September 30, 2026, the Company recognized a loss of nil and $0.2 million, respectively, on its equity investment securities, compared to an unrealized gain on equity securities of $0.8 million and $1.3 million, respectively, for the same periods in 2025.
