As of June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025, the Company’s assets held-for-sale of $2.9 million consisted of one semi-autogenous mill that was not in use. On May 14, 2026, the Company entered into Asset Option and Purchase Agreements for the sale of the semi-autogenous mill. Title had not transferred as of June 30, 2026.
