Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events On October 2, 2024, the Company received a $1.6 million payment from the Internal Revenue Service, of which $1.4 million was for prior period income tax refunds and $0.2 million was for interest. As a result of this payment, the Company’s Income tax receivable balance has been reduced to $0.1 million.
