As of June 30, 2022 and December 31, 2021, the Company’s cash equivalents were invested in money market funds, U.S. Treasury notes, U.S. government agency bonds and corporate bonds and were valued based on Level 1 and Level 2 inputs. During the six months ended June 30, 2022 and 2021, there were no transfers between Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3.
