Item 8.01 Other Events

On August 2, 2019, First Choice Bancorp announced the declaration of a cash dividend of $0.20 per share, payable on or about August 29, 2019 to holders of its common stock as of the close of business on August 15, 2019. A copy of the press release announcing the cash dividend is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
