Subsequent Events [Text Block]	*Note 18.* Subsequent Events Increase in the Number of Authorized Shares of Common Stock** On October 10, 2025, at a special meeting of stockholders of the Company, the stockholders approved an amendment to the Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation of the Company, to effect an increase to the Company’s authorized common stock, from 60 million to 500 million shares of common stock. The amendment became effective on October 17, 2025, after the filing of the Certificate of Amendment with the State of Delaware.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
