Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events The Company has evaluated subsequent events through the issuance of these financial statements, and determined that there have been no events that have occurred that would require adjustments to our disclosures in the consolidated financial statements except for the following: Amendment to Loan and Security Agreement On March 1, 2021, Amendment No. 5 to the LSA was executed to extend the maturity of the Tranche B Loans of $10 million and the Tranche C Loan of $10 million to June 30, 2021 and May 18, 2021, respectively. All other terms set forth under the original LSA remained unchanged following the amendments.
