Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On April 12, 2019, Body and Mind Inc. (the “Company”) issued a news release at the request of IIROC that the Company wishes to confirm that the Company’s management is unaware of any material change in the Company’s operations that would account for the recent increase in market activity.

A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
