Studio City International Holdings Limited Announces

Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

Macau, Wednesday, June 12, 2019 – Studio City International Holdings Limited (NYSE: MSC) (“Studio City” or the “Company”), a world-class gaming, retail and entertainment resort located in Cotai, Macau, today announces that Geoffrey Stuart Davis has been appointed as chief financial officer of Studio City effective today. Mr. Davis serves as a board member of the Company and will continue in that capacity. Mr. Davis replaces Timothy Green Nauss.
