PagBank PagSeguro Announces Update in Senior Management

São Paulo, October 10, 2022 — PagSeguro Digital Ltd., or PagBank PagSeguro (NYSE: PAGS), the market leader in the number of merchants in the Brazilian Payments industry, which promotes innovative solutions and inclusion in financial services and payments, announces that Mr. Alexandre Magnani will become the company’s sole CEO.

Mr. Ricardo Dutra is assuming the role of Chief Executive Officer of the UOL Group and will be member of the UOL Group Executive Committee alongside Mr. Luiz Frias, Ms. Judith Brito and Ms. Victoria Bortolin. The UOL Group is the controlling shareholder of PagBank PagSeguro and of other technology businesses. Mr. Dutra will maintain his role on the PagBank PagSeguro Board of Directors.
