ORGANIZATION AND BASIS OF PRESENTATION	NOTE 1 – ORGANIZATION AND BASIS OF PRESENTATION *Organization and Business Overview* INmune Bio, Inc. ("INmune Bio") was organized in the State of Nevada on September 25, 2015, and is an early stage specialty pharmaceutical company focused on developing and commercializing its product candidates to treat diseases where the innate immune system is not functioning normally and contributing to the patient's disease. INmune Bio's focus is on the innate immune system that include natural killer cells ("NK cells"), hepatic stellate cells of the liver (HSC cells), myeloid derived suppressor cells ("MDSC cells"), microglial cells and dendritic cells ("DC cells"), to offer unique therapeutic opportunities. INmune Bio plans to develop their four existing drug platforms: INKmune ("INKmune") which primes NK cells, INB03 ("INB03") which down regulates MDSC cells, LivNate, which targets soluble TNF – a key cytokine driving pathologic chronic inflammation, and XPro1595 that targets microglial cell activation in the brain – a cause of neuroinflammation. *Basis of Presentation and Principles of Consolidation* The accompanying consolidated financial statements of the Company have been prepared in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles ("US GAAP") in the United States of America and the rules of the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC"). The consolidated financial statements herein have been prepared in accordance with US GAAP and include the accounts of INmune Bio, its wholly-owned UK subsidiary, and its wholly-owned Australia subsidiary (collectively, the "Company"). All significant intercompany accounts and transactions have been eliminated.
