STOCKHOLDERS EQUITY	STOCKHOLDERS EQUITY In connection with our IPO in December 2017, the underwriters had a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.0 million shares at the initial public offering prices, less the underwriting discount to over-allotments, if any. The underwriters exercised this option and purchased 1.0 million shares on January 5, 2018. The exercise of this option provided additional proceeds to us of $13.1 million.
