Segment ReportingThe Company’s chief operating decision maker is its Chief Executive Officer. The Company manages its operations as a single operating segment for the purposes of assessing performance and making operating decisions. All of the Company’s assets are maintained in the United States, although the Company holds an equity method investment in SUPERNAP International, S.A., which has deployed facilities in Italy and Thailand. The Company derives almost all of its revenue from sales to customers in the United States, based upon the billing address of the customer.

Revenue derived from customers outside the United States, based upon the billing address of the customer, was less than 2% of revenue for each of the three and nine months ended September 30, 2020 and 2019.
