NOTE 8  DEBT

Pursuant to the Finish Allowance associated with the New Boulder Lease, the Company may request up to $2.0 million of tenant improvement reimbursements from the lessor. Reimbursements received by the Company are repaid to the lessor monthly at 6% interest during the initial term of the lease, maturing in March 2030. During the nine months ended September 30, 2022, $0.1 million in reimbursements were received by the Company under the Finish Allowance.
